Terms and Conditions
1. Object
The purpose of the terms and conditions of purchase is the supply by Baloncesto Basket of the products offered on its website, in exchange for an economic benefit.
By accessing our online store the customer agrees to respect the terms and conditions.
2. Entry into force
These conditions, together with the order confirmation, constitute the contract between Baloncesto Basket and the Client for the supply of products. No other terms and conditions will apply.
3. Place an order
In order to place an order in our online store, the customer must be over 18 years of age.
4. Prices
The prices of the products are exempt from IGIC/VAT as it is a retail business and valid for orders placed through the website.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the current rates indicated in the online store at the time the customer places the order.
5. Payment methods
We have 4 payment methods on our website:
Payment by bank transfer
The client must make the deposit to the bank account indicated.
As a concept in the bank transfer, the order reference must be entered.
To expedite shipping, you can send us proof of payment by mail.
Card
Secure payment with credit/debit card through virtual POS.
Bizum
The customer must pay through their bank's app with Bizum.
PayPal
The customer must pay through Paypal.
6. Delivery of products
We will deliver the product to the address provided to us in the personal data form.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
*We are not responsible for possible delays due to external courier.
7. Returns
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their order, they have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it according to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
After informing us of your desire to exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL via email info@baloncestobasketienda.com, we will contact you to indicate the order return procedure.
It is essential that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging without being unsealed or damaged.
It is very important that you return the product(s) perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept returns.
-Shipping costs incurred for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.
-The refund of the purchase amount will not include shipping costs.
-No return of any product that is unsealed/used is accepted.
7. Guarantee
Our products have a 1-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. To make this guarantee valid we will need to know the condition of the product.
You must contact us at the email info@baloncestobasketienda.com indicating the problem that the product presents. Damage caused by the customer, due to mishandling, improper use, use of force, etc. will not be covered by the warranty.
Likewise, Baloncesto Basket will respond to the buyer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product, in accordance with art. 114 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
Ultimately, and in the event of any lack of conformity, Baloncesto Basket will be liable for the lack of conformity established in Law 23/2003, of July 10, on guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
Baloncesto Basket does not assume the cost of sending the product to our warehouses returned for warranty.
